All guests and visitors enter the premises at their own risk. The owners, management, and staff of Stay @ Walvis Bay are not liable for:

• Loss of life

• Personal injury

• Illness

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

2. Guest Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings at all times.

• All breakages, damages, or lost items will be charged to the guest’s account.

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

3. Use of Facilities

• Guests must exercise caution when using any of the facilities, including the communal BBQ area, parking, and in-room appliances.

• The property will not be held responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse or negligence.

4. Activities & Excursions

• Any activities, excursions, or tours booked through or recommended by Stay @ Walvis Bay are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.

• The property is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses occurring off-site, including but not limited to desert tours, water sports, and wildlife encounters.

5. Vehicle & Parking

• While secure onsite parking is provided, Stay @ Walvis Bay is not liable for damage to, or theft from, vehicles parked on the property.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

• Our website may contain links to third-party sites, including activity providers, booking systems, and social media. We do not control or accept responsibility for the content, services, or privacy practices of these third parties.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes will be resolved under Namibian jurisdiction.
